Original artworks
Arcos offers original physical artworks in acrylic on canvas and ink on paper. Each artwork is a physical object and is sold once, subject to availability.
Prices and presentation options
Artwork prices are shown in EUR. Some works are offered with a framed or unframed presentation option. The selected presentation option and final artwork price are shown before checkout.
Payment
Online payments are processed through Stripe. Payment must be completed before an artwork is dispatched. Arcos does not store full payment card numbers on this website.
Availability and reservations
Because each artwork is an original, availability can change. During checkout, an artwork may be temporarily reserved while payment is in progress. If checkout is not completed, the reservation may be released automatically.
Shipping
Artworks are carefully packed and usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Available delivery options, estimated shipping costs, and regions are described in the shipping policy.
FedEx Express is the recommended shipping method for EU and international orders. Standard tracked shipping may also be available for selected destinations.
Customs and import duties
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These charges are not included in the artwork or shipping price and are the recipient's responsibility. They may be collected by the destination country or delivery provider upon arrival.
Damage in transit
If an artwork arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the parcel, packaging, and artwork, keep all packaging materials, and contact Arcos as soon as possible. Damage or loss in transit is handled on a case-by-case basis together with the shipping provider.
Cancellations and returns
If you need to cancel an order, contact Arcos as soon as possible. If the artwork has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and a return process may be required.
If you are a consumer and have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, you may use that right within the applicable period. Returned artworks must be sent back in their original condition, carefully packed, with all accompanying materials. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Commissioned, personalised, or specially arranged works may be treated differently where permitted by law.
Colours and images
Artwork images are prepared to represent the work as accurately as possible, but screen colours, brightness, and scale may vary between devices. Minor differences between images and the physical artwork do not make the artwork defective.
