Returns

If you are an EU consumer and EU consumer law applies to your online purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive the artwork to tell Arcos that you want to cancel the purchase.

After notifying Arcos, return the artwork within 14 days, securely packed. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

For damaged, incorrect or non-conforming deliveries, contact Arcos directly. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
